Lisa Mendivil, RDA

Practice Administrator

Lisa has been with Dr. Kahle since 2006.  A " Jill" of all trades, Lisa is familiar with all aspects of the dental office.  Mostly you will see her working at the front desk, helping patients, but don't be surprised to see her helping out at chairside or taking an xray or two!  For 25 years Lisa has worked in the dental field in offices in San Francisco, Minneapolis, and Sonoma county.

Having been born and raised in Sonoma County, this is home.  When not caring for patients, Lisa spends time with her husband John, and two sons, Grayson and Garrett.  Lisa is an avid reader, quilter, walker and budding cyclist.

Judy Melendy, RDA

Lead Dental Assistant

Judy, Dr. Kahle's lead assistant, has been in the dental field for 41 years, 39 of them as a Registered Dental Assitant.  Judy has been with our team since October of 2015 but watching the way she and Dr. Kahle work together, you'd think she'd been here forever!  Judy has a passion for her work and helping to make each patient's experience a positive one, and it shows.

Judy was born in San Francisco and raised in Santa Rosa, she has 2 children, her son Cameron is a respiratory therapist and her daughter Kristen is a CNA working toward a career in fire fighting.  Outside of work Judy enjoys spending time with family, is involved in her church and is a member of a local car club.  She also loves camping, fishing, baking and drives to the coast.

Lynette Smith, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Lynette has been a "local" of Sonoma County since 1964, and is especially fond of Sebastopol.  As a disaffected English major, she became intrigued by dental hygiene and never looked back, changing career paths from English Lit to Dental Hygiene at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz. Lynette first came to work in our office in 1986 when it was Dr. Luperini's practice.  She has now been practicing for over 30 years now (mostly in West County.)

The hearts and spirits of the patients have continued to be an inspiration.  Lynette loves hiking the beautiful trails of Sonoma county and still enjoys literature.

Treeci Gathman, RDH

Treeci has been practicing dental hygiene in our office since 2016. She completed her hygiene studies at the University of California San Francisco, and a Master’s Degree from Sonoma State University.

“I love being a dental Hygienist.  It is such an important part of my life because I get to help people become healthier.  Along with practicing dental hygiene I have the privilege of teaching students at the SRJC to become hygienists too.  I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters!”

Grace Minnick, RDH, RDA

Grace is our newest dental hygienist. She was born and raised in Petaluma and was inspired by her childhood dental hygienist to pursue a career in dental hygiene early on. Right after graduating Casa Grande High School she became a dental assistant working towards her lifelong dream. She received her A.S. in Dental Hygiene in 2018 from Santa Rosa Junior College and has been loving it ever since. 

As a Dental Hygienist she enjoys working with each of her patients and helping them to have  healthy smiles. She gets a lot of satisfaction from sharing her knowledge and resources with patients to help them improve their oral health and making sure they have a positive and comfortable dental visit. 

In her free time you’ll find Grace spending time with her family, watching Giants games, and giving her cat lots of attention.
